Unlike traditional welders, the ASM uses a sprayable aluminium filler that bonds to the damaged area without heat, cables, or distortion. Connect power and compressed air, then load the material—setup is plug-and-play.

The compact spray gun fits inside the Wheel Blasting Machine, allowing you to blast and fill at the same station. The filler matches 85-90% of the original alloy, letting you repair only the damaged area without removing good metal.
