Payments by Credit Card must be made by the official card holder only and must be generally delivered to Australian addresses only unless previous arrangements have been made. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Freight charge for Credit Card & PayPal payments is fixed at the time of payment.
Freight charge for account customers is an estimate and subject to change.

The rate charged for the shipping and handling of your order if applicable is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Tracking details can be provided upon request.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Items on sale or advertised at a discounted or reduced price are generally floor stock, and currently on hand at the time of commencing only. While we may be able to order more stock or a particular item for you, it will not generally be sold at the discounted rate but rather our normal, everyday retail price. Prices and other offers are subject to availability. Sale prices are also subject to and only available for a defined period of time and/or until on hand stock is no longer available. Sale prices may not be available or applicable if you want the item held for collection at a later date. The condition of no laybys or rainchecks applies to sale items and discounted items.
Any backordered items that are ordered/purchased during a sale will be amended to full price, or the order cancelled at your discretion. Quantities may be also be limited to a specified number per person or per transaction. These terms are generally applied to all sales and promotions unless otherwise specified.

If the product you have purchased is faulty, damaged, incorrectly labelled, or is significantly different from what was originally shown or described to you by us, it is our aim and desire to work cooperatively with you to achieve a prompt and suitable solution for you. We are happy to offer you a refund, credit on your customer account, repair or exchange upon return of the goods. If you have chosen a product(s) incorrectly, incorrect product quantity, if you have simply changed your mind or no longer require the goods, we are generally able to offer you a return/refund/exchange. For items returned under warranty, requiring repair, we will arrange dispatch to the authorized agent for evaluation upon the goods being returned to us. All returns and repairs must be accompanied by an appropriate proof of purchase. If you are unable to provide a suitable proof of purchase from Sydney Automotive Paints & Equipment we reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange/repair. We reserve the right to inspect and assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund, which may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused in some circumstances.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method where possible.
