The GYSPOT PTI EXPERT is a high-performance inverter spot welder engineered for today’s advanced vehicle structures. Delivering 14,500 A of welding power, a liquid-cooled transformer, and a 360° rotating gun, it produces precise, OEM-quality welds on HLE/THLE, UHLE, Boron, and other high-strength steels.
Its automatic mode intelligently adjusts welding parameters, while the manual over-opening system and quick-change arms provide excellent accessibility and versatility. The compact gun design, paired with a 5-meter harness, allows easy access to tight repair areas, and the 3.5-inch colour display keeps operation simple for technicians of all skill levels.
Built for productivity, the PTI EXPERT features a sliding counterweight support arm, a 30-litre coolant tank, and a spot counter for maintenance tracking. USB data export and included PC software provide full weld traceability, meeting insurance and OEM requirements.
