The GYS GYSPOT PTI EXPERT (5M) - 400V is a high-performance automatic spot welder designed for professional automotive body repair. This advanced machine delivers a maximum welding current of 14,500 A, making it capable of welding all types of steel used in modern vehicles, including HLE/THLE, UHLE, and Boron steels.
The machine's clamp design offers a maximum clamping force of 550 daN at 8.1 bar, meeting OEM requirements. With its 5-metre harness, the PTI EXPERT provides extended reach for various welding scenarios.
The system features advanced capabilities, including automatic welding parameter detection, a manual over-opening mechanism for enhanced user convenience, and a balancing arm to reduce the weight of the gun. The liquid-cooled clamp has an integrated transformer and can rotate 360° to facilitate welding in difficult-to-access areas.
